Review:
I always recommend the Monkey Island series for its humor. The voice acting is amazing, the plots are ridiculous, and the dialogue is hilarious. Escape from Monkey Island might appear a bit out-of-date, since it was put on the PS2 over five years ago. However, if players aren’t looking for the latest graphics, that shouldn’t be a hindrance. Monkey Island also requires a lot of brain power, since it’s mainly a puzzle-driven game. Players looking for action won’t have the greatest time. I’d recommend this to anyone who liked Psychonauts, to anyone with a sense of humor, and to fans of monkeys.
